快走是一個被大家推崇備至的運動，貴婦奈奈在書裡說沒有運動習慣的人可以先從快走開始，又不甩奶XD

只是去快走，我覺得就需要high一點的歌陪伴，以我來說啦！如果快走聽梁靜茹，好像就不夠力，一定要聽五月天，但也不能聽天使，要聽離開地球表面，哈哈！

放心，我今天沒有又要拿五月天來聽，每次都拿五月天的歌來放愛聽歌這個單元我也是過意不去的，只是一直聽老歌我覺得自己好像整個跟不上流行，今天來聽一首最近快走的新歡好了，Bon Jovi的Because We Can。

最近電台也很常播這首，導致我每每還在上班，一聽到開頭卻有種想開門下去樓下走路的衝動，噗~(我承認我又亂說一通了，哈哈)

不過這首歌的MV據說有三部曲，我還沒時間一一去找來看，只覺得詞曲都頗有POWER，真的很適合快走啦！
